Stage Restaurant’s Wine Cellar boasts a wide variety of over 500 wines.  Each wine is carefully selected by General Manager, Tony Castillo, to complement the dishes offered by both Stage Restaurant and AMUSE Wine Bar as well as accommodate the preferences of our wine lovers, seasoned or newly acquainted.
